Former Manchester United midfielder Owen Hargreaves is striving to win a move to a new club by posting videos on Youtube in a bid to show he is over his injury torment. Hargreraves has posted a series of videos on the website where he goes through a string of rigorous workouts, in the hope of persuading a club to take a gamble.

Video: Javier Hernandez hits a hat-trick in Mexico rout

Manchester United striker Chicharito scored a hat-trick as Mexico crushed El Salvador 5-0 in front of 80,000 fans at Cowboys Stadium in their CONCACAF Gold Cup 2011 Group A opener.

 
Hernandez’s first, a header from close range, put Mexico 3-0 up on 60 minutes. Seven minutes later he latched onto a long ball and finished across the El Salvador goalkeeper, before sealing his treble in injury-time with a cheeky, chipped penalty.
